Recent Projects in Austin:

Planet Fitness (1100 W. Anderson Lane) – 16,750 sq-ft remodel converting a lease space previously occupied by a Hobby Lobby into a Planet Fitness. This project completed in late August 2008. Permit #2008-043652-EP

Camp Bow Wow (13900 North IH-35) – 7,500 sq-ft remodel converting a previously occupied lease space (unknown tenant) to a Camp Bow Wow (franchise kennel). Permit #2008-067452-EP

Planet Fitness (1807 W. Slaughter Lane) – 18,600 sq-ft remodel converting a lease space previously occupied by an Albertson's into a Planet Fitness. This project was completed Dec 29^th. Permit #2008-083065-EP

Recent projects in San Antonio:

Planet Fitness (4400 Fredericksburg Rd. Municipality of Balcones Heights) – 19,000 sq-ft remodel converting a lease space previously occupied by a Handy Andy Supermarket into a Planet Fitness. This project completed in mid-December 2007.

Digital Defense (9000 Tesoro Dr.) - 13,729 sq-ft remodel converting a lease space previously occupied by multiple office tenants into a single tenant space for Digital Defense. This project completed in April 2008. Application Permit #1419151.

23,000 Watts of lighting Illuminate the workout areas.  3 tanning beds, 2 massage chairs, and 80 tons of HVAC provide a great experience for health club members.  Planet Fitness, 2007. ****We recently completed our 2nd Planet Fitness at Hwy 183 and Anderson Lane in Austin and are starting our third at Slaughter and Manchaca *****9/11/08
